Our Services

At 3G design we deliver a comprehensive and professional service across a wide range of project types and scales. Our aim is to guide you through all aspects of your project from inception to completion. We work with you, making the complex process easy to understand and helping to ensure that your project runs smoothly.

From the outset we listen to your wishes, needs and aspirations. Armed with your instructions/requirements and initial site investigation / survey, we will undertake a feasibility study and sketch design.

We provide a host of visualisation aids to help us convey the design to all parties, namely freehand sketching, 3D computer modeling, physical model making, photomontage and computer aided drawings. When all parties are happy with the design, we will provide the necessary drawings, documents etc. to seek statutory approvals and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Once the required approvals are obtained, we will prepare all the necessary drawings and specifications for your project using our experience to inform appropriate detailing. Following the issuing of the project for tender (if necessary) we will advise you on how to proceed and help select a contractor. To help ensure that the project continues running smoothly we will arrange all contracts and supervise the project until completion, carrying out site inspections as appropriate and issuing certification as necessary.

The full scope of our service is defined in the R.I.A.I. Scope of Services Agreement Schedules A and B.

If you have any specific requirements that may not be listed adjacent, call us and we will be happy to discuss them with you.
